Alex Hormozi posted this video with the above quote, and thinks it applies to many things, including business mindset.

You may have heard the 21-day rule, which says it usually takes only 21 days to form a new habit. However, the research used was anecdotal at best. Most people find that it takes significantly longer than that.

Don’t get me wrong, 21 days are enormous because of momentum. You will think and feel differently after doing anything for 21 days. But the truth is that it takes an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become a habit.

That’s why so many people say you should write daily; it’s not because of the results (even though you’ll get them if you keep going); it’s because of the habit.

Writing, recording, or whatever publishing you choose to do becomes second nature when you commit and do it daily.

How does this relate to a business mindset?
