Day 1: Why I’m Starting To Write Online

I recently signed up for Dickie Bush & Nicolas Cole’s cohort-based course, Ship 30 for 30.

This is my first atomic essay; if you follow me, you will learn I have many interests.

I own it and embrace it.

I love sports, especially Philadelphia sports teams, specifically the Philadelphia Eagles. I’ve been a fan since I was seven, and we lived in Newark, Delaware.

I argue with people about sports, although I do it less and more diplomatically than before.

You may even see some sports essays; I can almost guarantee it.

But the main focus of my life is mindset and helping people get what they want through a process called the Playbook.

My core life philosophy:

  • Have a vision for your life
  • Align your mindset with that vision
  • Create a plan for the vision
  • Execute the vision

If you have a goal and follow those four steps. You will likely get the goal.

The second piece of what I teach is the Gameplan which puts the Playbook in action so you can win your life.

Most of us have seven areas that make up our life:

  • Work/Business
  • Health
  • Money
  • Relationships
  • Spirituality
  • Lifestyle
  • Personal Development

Some area or areas may need more attention than others. But if you win in all 7, you probably have a very good life.

Most people are not winning in all 7.

That is my work.

I am also interested in moving into full-time entrepreneurship and building a community of like-minded people.

I am looking forward to these next 30 days.
