Moving Away From Struggle

“All you have to do is tie the knot.”

It was 3 in the morning in a warehouse in Virginia Beach, VA. I was working a summer job and found myself needing a nap. And maybe a drink.

I needed to tie down a pallet, but because it was something I hadn’t, I was overthinking, and soon I was frustrating the man supervising all of the temp workers because I couldn’t tie the know on the pallet.

He then said an idiot or a five-year-old could tie this knot.

He was right.

But I couldn’t move past the mental block.

There would be many more days and nights like this in m life. Until I decided that struggle was no longer going to be a part of my life.

“Excuse me, what?” You might ask.

I decided that I was no longer opting to struggle.

The struggle is another word for choosing resistance. Whenever you do things out of the flow, you might struggle to solve a calculus problem or tying a simple knot.

We struggle because our minds excel at making things more prominent and more complicated than necessary.

The more you complicate something, the harder it gets, and less likely you will complete it successfully.

It’s classic self-sabotage.

What is the solution?

I’ve found that allowing yourself into the flow is a surefire to move from the struggle.

Whenever you need to do something, always have the confidence that you can do it. You can do anything, and your ability to do it is directly proportional to your belief that you can get it done.

Go slowly but keep moving — Sometimes, we get impatient, and that leads to greater struggle. Slow down and understand everything is done. Rushing won’t make it manifest faster.
See it something easy to do — The more complicated you see something, the harder it becomes. Funny how that works. How we see it is how it is, to us anyway. See it as an easy thing, and it gets easier.
Focus — distraction creates struggle; when you dispute your energy, there is less available to do what you desire to do.
Go from having to do it to choosing to do it — whenever you say or feel “I have to do something,” struggle always shows up. Start saying: “I chose to do this because…” When you remember that life, by and large, is a choice, the struggle begins to subside.

You may be at a job that you aren’t crazy about, but still, it’s a choice.

You are choosing to keep yourself busy and provide for yourself and your family, which is honorable.

Now decide to do things that you love and earn more than you are making now. Things and opportunities will soon open up.

Understand that all creation is finished (per Neville Goddard). What you desire already exists; your attention to it is what brings it into the world.

Deciding to struggle no more is a great way to start succeeding in your life with a greater degree of ease.
