How to Get Your Mind off Do Not Disturb mode
In the United States, we just had a holiday, and today we have to go back to work. The problem with long weekends is that you go from not having to do a thing to having a full set of tasks to finish. That means we have to reset our minds to focus and meet those goals.
We can reprogram the mind to accomplish virtually anything we want. But most people either don’t know how to reprogram their minds or don’t bother to learn; either way, the mentality stays the same.
As long as the mind stays in the mode of relaxation, you will have difficulty getting anything done. You have to reprogram the mind for focus and task completion.
The first step is to decide to focus on the entire time you work (whether it’s a job or a business). And then choose to complete all of your scheduled tasks for the day.
Once I make those decisions, I authorize my subconscious mind to execute the above commands. The subconscious mind then goes to work.
But we are not done.
If you can’t focus or can’t get anything done, you are producing thoughts that line up with those outcomes. We have to shut down the production of those thoughts. So we forbid the mind to produce…
