Script Your Dreams: Manifest Goals with Visualization

TL;DR — Write the Script for the Movie You Want to See

When you set a goal and decide to go after it, reprogramming your mind is important, but you also need to visualize the end result.

Visualization has been a key component in my growth in multiple areas. And while any visualization of what you want is a good thing, I like to provide a little structure to visualization.

I started writing a script about what life would be like when I had the goal I wanted.

For instance, If my goal were to be at a certain weight or health level, I would do certain things once I got there. I would be running 2 miles without stopping. I would be sleeping better with no issues.

If it’s a financial goal, I would see myself paying off debt and putting large amounts of money into savings and investments. I would sense and feel financial comfort; I would be focused on more important things because I have financial security.

Write the script that works best for you. Think of it like being an actor: This is your movie. You are the main character, and you can include anything you want in the movie, including as much adventure and excitement as you want.
