Use Words to Create a Better Life

There are two ways that you can live. You can accept whatever life is giving you, or you can decide to start creating a better life for yourself. The way that you do that is to create through words. In the Bible, it’s written that “In the beginning was the word. “

Many people read that but don’t apply it to their lives. At the beginning of every single thing, everything that we have, everything that we experience, everything that we see, there was someone who said, “I want to create this” or “we need to bring this into fruition.”

It started with a decision spoken by someone somewhere. So why do we think that it’s any different for us?
Is there something that you want in your life?

You have to make a decision. And then speak it. If you want to get to your ideal weight, you have to decide and then say it, if you’re going to have a more successful business, you have to choose and speak it.

Yeah, to decide and then speak it, if you want to be in a loving relationship, you have to decide and then speak it.

If you skip this very, very important step and then work against the tide of creation. All creation begins with a spoken word. That particular verse in the Bible goes on to say that the Word became flesh. So whatever you speak becomes flesh; it takes on a life of its own.

If we truly understood this, we would be a lot more careful about the things we say. Daily, when you say that things are hard, they become hard for you, even though they don’t have to be.

When you say that things are becoming more and more challenging, they become more and more challenging for you, even though they don’t have to be.

When you say things like money is running short, money begins to run short, even though there is no law anywhere that says money has to run out.

Everything that we experience in our life. It comes from the way that we speak. Your habitual way of living is based upon what you think and then what you say. Now, changing the way that you think can be some work, but you can do it.

It’s just a matter of paying attention to the things that you’re thinking about daily and then changing the way you talk. It’s much easier to change your speech than it is to change the way you think, though you can do both. Let’s say, for example, you have a meeting today, and in the past, that meeting has been challenging because the people you’re meeting with ask a lot of questions.

In the past, you haven’t always been able to answer those questions. So why does today have to be anything like what it’s been before? It doesn’t. You can decide that today. The meeting will go well; you can say that the meeting will go smoothly, and you can also say that you’re going to prepare for whatever questions those people will have. You must understand that you are in control of your mind and your life.

You can reshape your mind and think whatever you want to believe. However, you want to understand you’re not at the mercy of any person on this earth, no matter how much power they have, no point how much money they have.

You can decide how you want to live. But the first step is taking control of your mouth and speaking what you want to happen. And then continue doing it as a habit for the rest of your life.

And as you do that, life becomes more accessible. It becomes more fun and much more fulfilling because you’re not living based upon what happened; you’re living based upon your dreams and your goals.
