Using Google’s Gemini to Make a Daily Schedule

When it comes to executing, I need a clear plan. The clearer the plan, the better the execution.

I use AI for various things, but one of my main uses is to make a schedule. So today, I will show you how I create an itinerary for the day.

1. Quick notes on what I need to do for the day
2. Record the plan
3. Transcribe
4. Let Gemini do its thing

When recording, I did not record in order, it was more all over the place. But with Gemini it doesn’t matter, it will create something you can use.

I recorded my morning routine in Otter, below is the output.

The next thing to do is copy that straight into Gemini.

Open Gemini (gemini.google.com) and paste the text. Then add a prompt at the beginning of the text, I used “Please make an detailed schedule from 5AM-7AM based on this text”
