Why am I so Confused?

Confusion is a spirit according to the Bible

A spirit, according to the 1828 Webster’s dictionary, is something that has power and energy

Confusion is energy by definition.

The energy is neither created nor destroyed. So you don’t get rid of confusion. Anyone can be confused at any time; the potential always exists.

But with energy, the question becomes am I vibrating with that potentiality or not. Thoughts and words are energy; you don’t need me to tell you that. Action is the most potent energy.

Thoughts turn into words, and words inspire action. A confused idea becomes confused words, leading to scattershot and inconsistent action, which ultimately becomes what we call failure.

So let’s go back to the genesis of confusion. Confused thought.

When you think hot one minute then cold the next, this isn’t very clear. When you want to be a rock star one minute and a scientist the next, this is also confusing.

One of the reasons I include planning and strategy in the blueprint is to train the mind to think linear and in order. You can’t have confused action without confusing thoughts.

Here are three ways to disconnect from confused energy

1. Plan your day down to the minute, there will be deviations you can’t avoid that but the more streamlined the daily plan, the less you will waste time but also, you train the mind to think linear.
2. Have clear written goals for the day — know what you want to finish and then decide to do so
3. Get more information — one mistake many people make is they try to make decisions before getting more information. Information is the engine of sound decision-making. Of course, all information isn’t good information, and a wise person knows to consider the source before using any information to make a decision.

Start doing these things, and confusion will begin to fade from your life.
