You are Only One Year Away from Changing your Life

What if I told you that you could be in a different position a year from now? I’m talking about every area of your life. Would you want to know more?

I would hope the answer is yes.

Changing your life isn’t easy or fast. Most people are looking for a quick and easy fix. But it is simple, and if you do it, your life will look completely different one year from now.

I got the idea from the Bible, which tells the story of Isaac, who sowed in a field during a famine. Now you don’t have to be a farmer or a botanist to know that trying to grow a crop in a famine is a bad idea. But Isaac not only did it but got a hundredfold return. And this is the key: it happened in the same year.

We should prove even a biblical theory to take it seriously. So I tried it, even though I did not realize it at the time, in two areas of my life, my health, and my work.

When I was diagnosed with hypertension, I was already familiar with it because my grandmother and mother both had it. From what I knew, it was a manageable disorder. What I didn’t realize, which my doctor told me, was how it could lead to some more severe illnesses like kidney disease, strokes, and heart problems. That was enough to make changes in my life.
