You Have to Reprogram Your Mind
Or It Will Do What It Wants
The mind, as you know, is the original computer. If you program a computer, you have to give it specific parameters to perform the actions you want, or it won’t work.
Our minds are programmed or coded from birth. The people who usually do the coding are our parents, grandparents, or guardians. For better or worse, these are the people who influence what we believe.
Once you leave your parent’s home and start to make your way in the world, you add beliefs, but most of that is influenced by what you saw, heard, and did growing up.
Life demands more of us, and as a result, our mental programming has to keep up, or we won’t be able to meet those new challenges.
Think about it; a 1995 Windows computer could not perform the functions of a 2022 Surface laptop.
Why?
The software is entirely different because we expect computers to do more in 2022. We expect our computers to load up instantly and run many complex tasks simultaneously and seamlessly.
Your mind also has demands; increasing responsibilities at work and home, the need to make more money, stay healthy, and social media put more stress and demands on the mind. We must re-program the mind to handle it.
