Your Scatter-Brained Non-Productive Behaviors are Fixable

Stop me if this has happened to you.

You get an assignment or have an idea;

  • You start working on it
  • You forget about it
  • It doesn’t get done
  • You feel bad
  • It’s still not done
  • You feel worse
  • Still not done

You repeat the cycle.

Some people do this their whole life. And nothing ever changes.

Why?

We usually don’t get to the root of the problem.

I am a project manager by trade, and some days are so busy that it becomes a blur. But I realized that I couldn’t keep up with my projects, much less do them well, unless I did three things.

1. Decide to do what needed to be done
2. Remove the negative beliefs that made it difficult for me to finish
3. Install the beliefs that made it possible for me to finish

All of this might sound a little over the top but hear me out.
