You’re Not as Stuck as You Think You Are
Have you ever felt stuck before? Felt like not doing anything and not going anywhere?
Most people have felt that way at one point.
I felt that way not too long ago; I didn’t have the option to take the day off or unplug. I had to push through; I had to keep going. And so I started listening to my mental coding audios, and I could push through the rest of the day. But it brought up an interesting question. Are we ever really stuck?
Just a series of thoughts and a series of beliefs that we’ve ingrained within ourselves?
What causes stuckness? Sometimes it comes from a lack of interest in what we’re doing, clarity of what we want to do, or a lack of drive to get where we want to.
So a combination of those three things can make you feel stuck and like there’s nothing you can do about your situation, which isn’t true.
You can break out of the stuckness if you start changing your thoughts. You change your belief by installing the desired behavior or outcome.
If you’re going to work on your business more consistently, you tell yourself, “I work on my business more consistently.”
Suppose you want to come up with better ideas.
